At Adsdean Farm we try to sell and produce only the best and healthiest meats, whether it is our own, the next door neighbours, or bought in. We buy British wherever we can from sources that achieve a high welfare standard, and routine use of antibiotics and growth promoters are not used. We are GM food free! Unlike supermarkets we can source all of our products. Though we try to use mostly modern equipment, we do still take pride in practising traditional methods to optimize the quality of the produce. Examples of this include the beef, which is hung for a minimum of two weeks to enhance the flavour and tenderness of the meat. Customers can enjoy the best in bacon all year round as we are able to make bacon on site using our pork. The bacon is all home dry cured and home smoked as opposed to wet cured and colour added for the smoke effect! We do home cooked ham, ox tongue, salt beef, Pastrami. We also sell Quickes mature cheddar and Llangloffan cheddar. | ||
